A whole storm of feels

During the rain, someone knocked on my door. I’d just gotten home from work, tired, but kinda restless. I opened it, curious, and that unexpected moment completely changed the vibe of the night. It was cold outside, but in there, the tension kept building, like the storm had found a whole new way to hit.
