Your subscription will be released automatically after 24 working hours of payment. If you paid on a business day and during business hours, your subscription will be released the next business day. In some cases, there may be a delay in clearing the ticket, and it is necessary to wait up to 48 business hours, if your subscription has still not been released, contact us through the contact form communicating the problem and attaching your payment receipt. This payment method is available to only Brazilian users
My password is incorrect
If you are trying to access the website and an error message is displayed on the LOGIN page, you must click on the link Password recovery and enter your registered email. You will receive a message in your email with instructions for registering a new password. How to cancel Automatic Renewal?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, just LOGIN on the website and click on the MY ACCOUNT option and then click on the DISABLE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL button. To avoid new charges, disable Automatic renewal before your subscription renewal date, payments previously made CANNOT be refunded.
